“Noel was very hospitable and welcomed us into his cozy apartment. He was very kind with his instruction. We prepared 6 dishes from scratch, including melon soup, stuffed Brie, Ratatouille, veal, gnocchi and lemon crème for dessert. It was all delicious—the best meal we have eaten during our stay in France! It lasted about 4 hours in total. One of our favorite things on the trip—highly recommend it!”
